What can I do for you as a trainer?
Find imbalances and weak spots, then design a whole body program that targets your specific needs. My goal is to find a workout that allows you to live your daily life as complete as possible.
Give you a sport specific workout. My primary goal when working with athletes is always to make them more injury resistant. Then, depending on the sport or goal, to make them faster, stronger, more explosive, or even bigger. These are not your everyday workouts, and require a dedicated athlete to achieve optimal results.
Help you design a home gym based on your needs, interests, space, and budget.
Work with you as a Wellness Coach, helping you build a healthy lifestyle. We’ll go over everything from exercise to diet. Ways to reduce stress, and even simple methods to appreciate your every day more.
Help you improve your Personal Trainer skills. I’ve been coaching, teaching, and training individuals and groups since 1989. Working everyday to not only know what individual clients need, but to improve my skillset at providing the proper cues to teach people to move in the most effective and safe manner.
